I am using Abit KT7a (socket A). I am planning to assemble a new PC with
CPU socket
AM2 (althon 64). Can my old ATX Case be usable? I wonder if there are
changes to the specifications for ATX for the past few years.

You might be able to use the case, but you should consider the benefits of
getting a new case with a rated-quiet power supply. This can make a
surprising difference in your experience of using the machine.

Or, if it's a nice case you can just get a new power supply.

True, but often the power supply is the greater part of the price of a case.
And if you swap out power supplies, you're left with a working power supply
that needs storage, rather than a complete usable case.

A good new case might have better cooling properties than your existing
case..

Kinda hard to tell since you avoided listing case specs or the case you
intend to use, along with the hardware you will implant with it other than
the motherboard.

Your case may not provide for adequate cooling as fan(s) mounting is
inadequate. My guessing stops here.

A new mobo LOOKS old in an old beat up case.

Dear all,

Thank you for your replies. The reasons that I would like to use my old
case:
1. It is a pretty case and it looks alright at the moment.
2. Just don't want to throw it away if it still works.

For a Athlon 64, can my existing PSU with 350W (produce by 2themax -
maxtron) support it? This PSU is just replaced the old PSU two years before.

Can't see bottom of webpage to implement and see outcome of what I've
selected here:
javascript:popup('/power_supply_calculator_popup.php', 800, 600)
after selecting "INTEL".
Tried right click and selected forward as well on the webpage.
