Rename the file and/or use the ATTRIB command to change the file attributes.
Same as any other disk file.

To change the name: Select the file by clicking once on its icon, press F2,
type whatever name you want, be sure to end the name with .pdf
To change "other attributes": Sorry, we're not mind readers.

The reason I asked is that I tried the traditional methods but they did not
work. It was only w/ PDF files changing names did not work.

The .pdf file may be protected which can disable name changing and/or changing other attributes. If this is the case, you would need a password to access these features.
