last week you were trying to assist me in changing the
display of my Contact in the Address book. I do not have
the option of "E-mail Accounts" in my Tools Menu. (or any
other menu). Please help!

Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

display in the contact window, so please do not send me
direcitons for that. Here is my problem. I open an
email, click the To button and choose Contacts from the
drop down list. My contacts are arranged by first
initial, last Name, first name. I want company name to
appear in the address book. Is there any way to do
this?

I tried that. It only affects the Contacts view, not how
the contacts display in the Address Book.

Not so. It configures the Outlook Address Book to sort by the File As field.
Perhaps you need to look at the format of your File As field.
