Hi,

Thanks for the information. I am using MS Access 97.

I am looking for a query to pull anything that has typo in Last Name and First Name.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Try to stay in the same thread, using Reply, rather than starting a new thread, since doing so, we keep the whole discussion, and that makes it easier to follow.


With Access 97, you will have to define your own Replace function, in a standard module. A GOOGLE search (Access Replace Function) send me to an article by Terry Kreft that I pasted below.
