EULA is a term I have not heard before. Can you explain?

EULA = End User License Agreement. Usually during the process of
installing a piece of software, the license for that software will be
displayed. The license includes what you can and cannot do to the
software, legally protects the developers in case their software
messes something up, and also typically lists whether or not the
software will spy or something similar.
