I tried to reply to your suggestions, but as always happens, my replies get
returned as undeliverable. Maybe you can help with this problem too.

Don't reply to her, reply to group. You are trying to send her an e-mail
and her address has been munged to prevent spam. Select her message, right
click and select Reply to Group. The message will appear on this board as
it should and she will respond on this board.

Hiya, Mmobilman. As Michael has explained, please reply to the group. You
get better exposure for your question. A single thread holds the history of
the problem, things suggested and tried, any progress, etc. Many folks read
the thread and will chime in if they have something to add (other
suggestions, other leads to a solution, etc). Much more productive for
everyone involved.
