Just today I started up my laptop and MSAS did not detect any Mal-ware being
uploaded that deactivated Windows XP Pro. And since I lost my OEM disc that
came with the laptop, I am unable to reactivate Windows. I was able to
prevent it from happening to my desktop system after finding out my
reactivation of has been exceeded for some strange reason and yet I only
accomplished 3-4 activations on my desktop. I have a feeling that someone
knows how to best MSAS at this time by uploading a theft or deactivation
ware on my network.

Can you say a bit more about what is happening. You should not need to
"re-activate" a windows installation except after significant hardware
changes.

On a laptop--it is important to pick and choose the original activation
time--if you have a docking station, activate in the docking station. If the
laptop does not have a built-in network adapter, re-activation requests can
happen.

You shouldn't have any problem getting telephone activation approved if you
just describe the circumstances.

If activation comes up unexpectedly--it may indicate a hardware
issue--failure to recognize all the installed ram, for example.
