Attchment that exceeds the limit - now outlook is Not Responding

I tried sending a email with a picture attachment that exceeds the limit and
it's stuck in the outbox. Whenever I open Outlook Express the progrom stops
responding.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
