One of my partners uses a Mac (I'm on a PC) and she is attaching images to
emails but when they show up in my inbox, the image is just that box with a
red x in the middle (no picture.) Strange thing is, the size of the
messages are very large, like the images. 4MB, 3MB, 2MB, etc. But the
picture is just that error image.

Does anyone know how I can show the correct image and why the attachment is
showing up like this?

Thank you!

They are likely there but have names like "Mypicture" instead of "Mypicture.jpg". Since the file doesn't have an
extension Windows doesn't know what the file is so it's unable to display it. You should be able to right click on
the box with the red x and select save as and save it with the correct extension (probably .JPG).
