I have a report to be emailed which has 22 attachments. The problem is, this report needs to be uploaded onto a specific website but this cannot be done with so many attachments. I now need to re-send the email to the client but this time, with fewer attachments. At the same time, I cannot delete any of the information. How do I get this report smalled in order to email with as few attachments as possible. There must be a shorter way of doing this.

Use Winzip to zip all the attachments into one file.

This doesn't really sound like an Outlook problem, more of an issue of how
to organize the information represented by the attachments. If they're all
Word documents, open them and copy and paste pages into one Word document.
