When I attempt to attach anything to my email, it attaches
in the field where you would normally type your message
and when I send the email, the attachment is not there
when my recipients receive it. I have Microsoft Outlook
on Windows ME. Can anyone tell my whats wrong.

Both of those things can happen when you use Rich Text format for a
message. Rich Text format puts the attachment icon in the message body
instead of in its own pane either at the bottom of the message or in the
header (depending on your Outlook version). And if you use Rich Text
format to send to people who aren't using Outlook, their e-mail programs
usually can't handle the Rich Text formatting (it's proprietary to
Outlook) and your attachments are lost; they usually get a "winmail.dat"
file instead.

The solution to these problems is to use HTML or Plain Text format when
sending your messages.
