Attachments

Ever since we signed up with O.E., I have not been able to
open an attachment. It keeps saying "O.E. has removed
access to the following attachments in your mail." Do you
have any idea why I am receiving this, why this is
happening and what can I do about it?? Thank you so very
much!!
