Is there a way to have attachments on this board?
I have a problem w/ IE (changes home page, adds
favorites, adds short-cuts to desktop) and was asked to
run HijackThis to get a log for someone to look at. I've
cut and pasted the log on my original post (1/31 @
7:59AM). It just looks very cumbersom for anyone to go
through.
I've tried everything except the CWShredder (I'll try
that tonight)
Whatever info anyone can give me is appreciated.

CWShredder should solve it. [as this seems to be a CoolWebSearch issue]. As for posting the logs, you may post it in Spywareinfo forums.

I can't see your post on January 31st, but have you reviewed the log from
HiJack This! to see if you find anything you don't recognize? Have you
tried AdAware, Pest Patrol or Spybot Search & Destroy?
