A member of staff has a problem with his e mail being received. whoever he
sends to, an attachment titled header.htm embeds itself in the e mail. help
on how he can get rid of this would br grateful

I suspect he's using Word as his mail editor and that the Word document
template he's using for mail contains that attachment. Have him delete the
..dot file he's using for Word mail.
