I posted a question yesterday, stating that I am unable to
receive any attachments after loading Microsoft updates
several weeks ago after the Blaster Worm. All my
attachments, unless they're "zipped", are deleted. I want
to be able to receive the Excel and Word files needed for
my business and would like the Microsoft update that is
stopping this to be removed and allow my anti-virus
software to handle that. After posting my request
yesterday, I received many emails from Microsoft with
attachments. But, of course, I can't receive attachments,
so they did me no good. Can someone help me? I've tried
to get help from the Microsoft website, but can't figure
out how. I don't need product help, and that's all that's
available. Thanks!
