attachments

I keep getting attachments deleted by "OE" (Outlook
Express?) on both incoming and outgoing mail. The message
is "OE removed the following unsafe attachments..". These
are clean files. I think it may have started when I
downloaded upgrades. I have Windows ME, Office 2000
