attachments viewing

I used to send photos already open without the viewer
having to open the attachment- on Outlet Express

How do I do this on Outlook 2003?
 
You can't. Outlook only displays pictures in-line when the message is in
HTML or Rich Text format and the pictures are included in the mail (Insert->
Picture) and not attached to the mail (Insert-> Attachment).
