my problem with MS Outlook 2007 is that some (not all) of the receivers of my
e-mail messages are unable to access (=they are unable to see that I have put
on an attachment to my message) the files that I attach. Is there anything i
could try to solve the problem?

If you are using RIch Text format for your messages, those recipients who do
not use Outlook will not be able to see the attachments. Only Outlook can
see attachments to RIch Text messages.

Hi Brian,
thank you for your answer,

first of all I want to say I use Outlook 2003 and not Outlook 2007 as I
wrote by error.

I don' know if this detail would alter your suggestion.
Anyway, I always use the HTML format for my messages and so far as I know
the recipient in trouble reading my attachements uses Outlook as well (I
don't know which version) - I will check both once more.

I have read a relevant message in the list where you indicate plain text as
the suggested format for exchanging messages but that doesn't seem to work as
well.

Any other tip?

Regards,
Sofaki.

If you have these people in your Contacts, open the Contact record of one of
them and double-click the e-mail address. What does the "Internet Format"
drop-down say?

I always use plain text because I believe there's the most opportunity for
the recipient to receive what I want to send.
