Attachments/pics in email not opening

I don't know when it happened or how but I cannot open any email attachments.
It's outlook express- it says this file does not have a program associated w/
it for performing this action. Example of a pic file ext. jpg shows the
correct program, Koday EasyShare, in my folder options. I have no idea why
it's not working now!

In outlook express, go to Tools>Options>Security
uncheck the box that says 'do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened..."

Thanks,just did, still not working. Keep getting window that says to create
an assoc. in my Folder Options!

Yes, it does. The attach. shows in my email on bottom but will not open when
I click on attached file to open larger. Window still says to create an
assoc. in folder options. I have the extentions assoc. with all the correct
programs!
