Does anyone know how to identify meetings / appointments that have attachments? I need to find those meetings and delete the attachments, because they cause me to exceed my mailbox limits on the server.

I move all of my incoming email to personal folders, but my calendar is on the server.

I am using Outlook 2002 SP2 on a W2k machine.

Thanx

Switch to a table view and sort items by size or filter the view to show
only items that have attachments.

OK -- so how do I change my calendar view to "table"? The only options I see are 1 day, 5 day, 7 day and month.

If it makes a difference, I actually open my calendar in a separate window, so the menu options are a little different than menu options while I'm in my inbox.

Thanx -- that did it!

You're the greatest, Sue.
