Attachments after SP2

Since I installed SP2 everything seemed normal, except when I send a picture
it never appears in the body of the message. One has always to click on the
paper clip, to see the picture.
Minor problem, but maybe it can be fixed.
O.S.: Windows xp ,with latest updates.

Are you using Outlook Express? If you are...
open it and go to...Tools / Options / Security tab...
uncheck.."Do not allow attachments,etc,etc".
Apply / OK...

I read the solution so many times in this newsgroup, and now, I simply
