Attachment reminder in outlook

Include an option in Outlook so that if the word 'attachment' (or 'attached')
appears in the body text of an e-mail, then - on attempting to send, flag -
if no file has been attached. I, like many others no doubt - have been
annoyed with myself for forgetting to attach a file, then having to re-send.
