Attachment problem

I have a friend that when I sent her an email with attachment, sometimes she receives the emails with the attachment, and other times she will just receives the email with just the email text and no attachment. Does anyone knows why this happens? I'm using Outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2000 and have just developed almost the
same problem, when I receive attachments, except that I
always get itnt, but it's a .txt document. Each attachment
is a pdf generated from a Mac. What sort of attachments
are you sending?

The odd thing is that when they resend it, in EXACTLY the
same way, it arrives OK.

Found any answers?

I have not been able to find the answers yet. The attachments I sent her could be anything, sometimes they go through, sometimes they don't and she just sees the email text

Any help or suggestions on this would really be appreciated
