Attachment kills Microsoft Antispyware

I have a .pif which disables Microsoft Antispyware. It
also prevents it from being reinstalled, and uninstalling
it fails. (it appears to overwrite several .dlls)

Where do I send this thing for evaluation?

Send it to me, removing the final two terms from my address.

Please zip it, and password protect the zip. Put the password in the email
to which you attach the zip file.

Let me know the result.

If you have trouble with the zip instructions, you can send it either plain
or in an unpassworded zip, if necessary. There is some risk it will be
eaten by a virus protection gateway no matter which of these choices we
take.
