Attachment Icons not printing in HTML format. Outlook 2003 SP1

I realize that this has been posted a dozen different times and I have read
most of them but I am confused.
The release notes for Office 2003 SP1 states that one of the fixes is as
follows:

The Attachment icon is missing in a printed HTML e-mail message
When you print an HTML e-mail message that has an attachment, the Attachment
icon is not printed in the HTML e-mail message.

I have Office 2003 with all of the service packs installed and I am not
getting the Attachment Icon when I print as HTML. I do get it when I do the
work-around of changing it to plain text then printing.

Am I missing something or is this still a problem?

So by your response, I gather that this is still an issue that is not
actually fixed in SP1 eventhough they say they fixed it?

Are you not seeing the file name under the subject and to/from names? (The
icon doesn't print - the file name prints. )
