Attachment icons & names in printed e-mail?

When I print an e-mail, I want the icons and names of the attachments to
print within the e-mail as well. I know it can be done, but how?

Upgrade to Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 1 or above

For Outlook 2003 without SP1 and previous
-Convert the message to Plain Text before printing
-use a printing addin
