Whe you print an email that is in palin text you can see,
by way of a littel icon near the "Subject" line, that the
email has an attachment. Does anyone know how to make
this happen with an email in html format? I'm using
Outlook 2003.

Outlook does not consistently print the attachment list for HTML messages.
Other format messages should be OK. According to Microsoft, this can be
fixed for OUtlook 2000 by applying one of the updates discussed at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=271562. I haven't had a chance to try
these myself.

Anotehr solution is the Print on Demand utility from
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/jcPrintOnDemand.asp, which adds two new
buttons to print the message with the attachment names appended and to print
just the attachments.

Thanks for the quick responce Susan. Sorry, I can't call
you "Sue", my wifes name is Susana nd she hates it when
people call her "Sue". I went to the Sperry Software site
and they do have an add-on you can buy. They also point
you to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 821840 which
says that this behaviour is by design. Thanks again.

My name really is Sue and I hate it when people call me Susan.

Oops! Here, let me change feet, my left one has been in
my mouth long enough. Happy New Year Sue.

Same to you, Richard, and to Susana.
