Hi
I file my emails in Outlook. If there is an attachment then Outlook becomes too large to operate effectively.
I know the difference between HTML, Rich Text, and Plain Text. That is not what I am trying to do

I would like Outlook to automatically generate a text field at the bottom of the email with the actual filename I have attached. Such as: if the filename I have attached is "My_Journal.pdf", then I would like Outlook to add "<<My_Journal.pdf>>"" at the bottom of the email
This way I can file the attachment on my Hard Drive and not in Outlook, by removing the attachment after it is sent. The email body will retain the attachment name in the body so I can find it on my Hard Drive later, if needed

Thanks, Sero

This is what you want - it does exactly what you are after. (there is a Lite
version as well that is free)
