Hello. On our web page, I want to create a form so that customers can
attach a photo to that form which will be sent to us via our e-mail address.
Is that possible?

Unfortunately no. FrontPage does not allow attachments to emails. It does
have a form upload component, but this can only upload to a fixed directory
and cannot be used to attach items to an email.

Thank you, that has answered that!

The FP2002 server extensions supports the file upload component, but the
host must 1) have the FP2002 extensions on their server, and 2) allow
uploading/sending attachments. Check with your host about both these issues

Thanks Andrew, that is a great help.

Note, that this doesn't send the attachment(s) by email; it uploads it to a
folder on your server.

So it may not be exactly what you're after, but it is the closest you'll get
without some searchin around for a script that does exactly what you want.

I hope its not unpolite, but I would like to add a question to the form
file upload, - is it possible to add text along with the upload?

Best regards,
