Attaching files to emails

I just reinstalled windows after a crash, and I am no
longer able to attach files to my emails, neither in
hotmail, nor in yahoo mail. Help me.
 
I have the same problem, also when I using hotmail try to
send and is pop up message say: Error: 'g_state.bgcolor'
is null or not an object line:80 chart:1
please help
