attaching file to email

I am no longer able to attach files to my emails, neither
in hotmail, nor in yahoo mail after a week vacation. also
when I send using hotmail its give me this.

Error:'g_state.bgColor' isnull or not an object

'g_state.bgColor' sounds like peice of a css style sheet,
probably on the hotmail website. i dont think i can help
you though
