Can't send .exe files. They get blocked because of the security setting.
Anyone know how to disable this?

Read the warning again. Outlook never blocks your ability to send .exe files. What is does is caution that the recipient probably won't be able to run them.

Consider sending a .zip instead.

Sue, Thanks for the response. Yes, that's what it says. But it also will not
let me send it. When I check my "sent" folder, the file in the message is
gone. I also sent it to myself with no luck. I need to find a way to
disable this feature altogether.

No, the file in the message simply is blocked, because Outlook blocks ..exe and other potentially dangerous files by default. It was still sent.

I'd suggest that you stop concerning yourself with what *you* see and start thinking more clearly about what the recipient needs to get.

If you want to see blocked files in your own folders, see http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm
