My client's Outlook 2000 is set for Mail Format RTF and
this is the only way he wants it sent. At times when he
sends emails with attached Word 2000 docs, his business
client recipients only receive the attachment as a .dat
file. What is causing this? This only happens once in a
while to clients; I am receiving the attachments
correctly. Any suggestions would be so helpful
