attach outlook email in email?

How would you attach an email as attachment in MS Outlook? My husband says
he has received emails where email was attached. Problem is how do you
locate the email you would want to attach after clicking the paper clip. We
do not know how to browse to the proper email file in outlook via that menu.

You could save an individual email as an MSG file then attach that file to
an email or instead of attaching a file you can try attaching an Outlook
item where you can navigate through your Outlook folders for items to attach

Create your new message and then drag the mail you want to attach from the
Inbox (or whatever folder holds it) to the new message.
 
Thank you. Your responses helped me. I found that there is arrow on the
paper-clip where you can select "item". That solved the problem.
