Is there any way I can attach a MS Word document to a PowerPoint 2003
presentation?

My presentations come with a quiz and answers which I don't want
readily available to trainees. So they must be kept separate.

Yet, I would like to keep the PowerPoint file and the Quiz/Answers
together as they are distributed to different offices.
I have 72 different presentations.

Thanks in advance,
Pinto

Are you talking about hyperlinking to the Word document or something
else? Insert > Hyperlink will give you the hyperlink.

I don't think a hyperlink would work. These PPTs are emailed, put on
CDs and downloaded from a website. I need the Word doc to stay with the
PPT and yet be separate from it. Right now, I have the Quiz/Answers as
part of the presentation.
Thank you for your help,

What about distributing them as ZIP files, in which the presentation and the
text file are packed together?

Best regards,

Thanks Guys,

Some good ideas. I will try a variety and let you know how they
work out.
