attach incoming email to history in BCM

I am not having any luck managing my incoming email so that I can create a
history post within Business Contacts. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi,
To ensure that your Emails are automatically linked to your contacts, select
the folder for EAA as below:
1. Goto "Business Tools"-->"Link E-mail"-->"Auto Linking"
2. Make sure that the folder containing oyur mails is visible.
3. Click on "Select All" and click "OK".

This will ensure that all your mails are getting automatically linked to
your Business Contacts.
