attach a folder to an e-mail

How do I attach a folder from my Outlook inbox to an e-mail I would like to
send?
Using Microsoft XP, Outlook Express

you can't ... you must first zip the folder up into a single file and then
send it

OR

you need to attach each file seperately. (note that subfolders will be an
issue here)
