Click the plus sign next to the header in the list to see the responses.
Also, on the bar between the header list and preview pane there's a button
with the label, "Expand All," click it and you will see all responses.

Thanks but none of the buttons appear on a "searched
document". I have no problem with the newsgroup that
loads. I understand the plus signs (which only appear
when there are replies) and I see the "expand all" too
but none of these appears on the result in a 'search'.
There is only the original question and no attached
replies. Hope I'm explaining this correctly.

Sorry, I about this, I answered you in two places, one in this thread and
one against your original post.

Here's my response:
Ah, yes, the search feature doesn't but the search should turn up all posts
that meet the criteria and that should include any responses. Are you
saying you are not seeing responses in the searches you have performed?
Have you tried zeroing in on the post in the header list to see if there are
in fact responses to that specific question.

"and that should include any responses." Yes, I'm not
seeing any responses at all. Could it be that the posts
that I'm looking at are too old? In this case its a Jan
15, 2004 query.
Al

I'd like to say yes and we have had some server issues in the last couple of
weeks so they may have been lost or removed when the server was reset but I
have to point out that the search function on the web interface leaves a lot
to be desired.
