ATI's CCC error logging? (= EventLog)

First off, I suppose CCC *is* working and does what I need, mostly.

With me using CCC, for some reason ATI decided to create a completely
separate log "ACEevents" or some such? It's LOADED with error messages.
It seems related to it's .NET dependencies if I would guess.
-> In any case it's not much of a "confidence builder" in my mind...

Any toughts?
 
I was told by ATI software engineers are working to get that and many other
bugs fixed...ATI is slow pokes getting bugs fixed with ALL of there
software.

So much in a hurry to put NEW video hardware out on the market, but, users
are still having bugs with there ATI software (Drivers and MMC).

Yeah, I get it. This is not a bug that is "fatal" of course.

I seem to have caught another "undocumented feature" that is not "fatal":

With the newer drivers installed:
On any reboot the c:\ATI\support (or some such?) directory is opened
everytime. I have to close it manually. Not crucial of course but it seems
silly... I thought that if I closed it, then rebooted again, it would not
open again. I was wrong.
