ATI TV wonder to TV as output

I recently got a new ATI TV wonder. My intent was to put this in as a
second video card and output what goes through it to a large screen TV
I have under XP.

I am haveing problems configureing it to work this way. I have placed
the card into the machine. It is showing up properly under device
manager, but I am not seeing any way to either configure it as a second
monitor, or to get it to output through this card.

My first preference would be for the TV to be a secondary monitor and
just use that second monitor for the TV, so anything on that part of
the screen would be the TV.

Can I get a bit of help in makeing this work properly?

the PC is an IBM thinkcenter with a integrated motherboard.

TIA for any help. I am new to the multimonitor setup so please be a
bit gentle if possible.

TV Wonder is a tuner card. Not a video card.
