Tray tools.......yes. If you use CCC to OC then you do not have to have the
tray icon load. CCC uses .net framework and will restore your settings
without the tray loading.

I honestly don't know if that is even possible with CCC, as i don't even
install CCC any more, I just run tray tools with the latest ATI driver.

Those temps are very low, almost unbelievably low. If real you have nothing
to worry about.
Very good temps........should not be a problem at all.Thank you for the replies. Another related question. I tested the
cards tempature before and after overclocking. Before it stays around
88F after overclocking it's around 101-102F. This is after a 45 minute
gaming session. Is this an acceptable heat level? Thanks.
