Ati tool.. uasage?

It looks like you just run this in the background, and it'll automatically
keep increasing clock speed until it tops out.

Is that right? Do most people then just set the rad clocker speed to what
ati tool determines?

No, I let Atitool activate the overlocked settings whrn I enter a 3d game.
