ATI support folder popup

everytime I start my computer,or change logins (running
win2000)I get a ATI support folder popup(just the folder
opens, no programs). I know that msconfig (xp, 9x) would
tell me where the folder is starting from. is there a
similar program for win2000. or how can I find this value
and delete it. thanks in advance
