Whats with this crap?
whos to blame?
what could possibly drop the framerate so drastically
ATI has a webpage about it already, saying go back to cat3.6

ARRRGGHH the reinstall to an older set of drivers on an AIW board..

That won't work. fps_max is set to 72 by default anyways.

this has nothing to do with fps max, my config has been the same for
years, its a goofup with steam and ati
