ATI states no more than 10 days. Does anyone know if they generally keep it
that long? Also what about return shipping? Do they use the slowest land
method? I'm here on East Coast Canada btw, and they received my card last
Tuesday.

I'm stuck playing HL 2 on a Nvidia GE4 MX 4000 until I get my Pro 9800 Plus
back. Surprising though the game engine is very adaptable and it's quite
playable. Many of my other games won't even run.

You will get a much more reliable answer by calling ATi and asking
directly...

Valve is unique in having access to a huge database of player statistics.
The most popular card on Steam is the 9800 series. The second most popular
is, surprisingly enough, GF4 MX... In fact, a sizable chunk of the userbase
is running integrated video.

I sent back a AIW9700pro on december 12th, they received it on
12/16/04. I received replacement card (not the same card repaired) Jan
5, FEDex overnight. Accounting for the holidays not bad turnaround.

However the replacement card didn't work so I sent it back Jan 6th and
am still waiting for a replacement. So I have essentially been without
the card since 12/12/04.

Just received today by Fedex at dinner (Wednesday). Not bad, I doubt Nvidia
would be so quick (unless they have a depot in Canada). Guess it's back to
half Life 2 tonight.

nVidia doesn't produce its own cards, remember? Have you had experience
RMA'ing something to Asus, MSI, LeadTek, etc?
