I've been looking at these two cards for my apg rig and can't decide
which one is better in the context of medium to high end gaming.

well i would go with the Geforce 7800GS CO Superclock 256MB but i
your motherboard has a pci express slot, you can get a better vide
card that runs a whole lot faster, but this video card looks goo
