If you know the broadcast resolution of this station, switch to another
station with the same resolution (that works), then right back to 18-1.
A couple people have seen that problem, including myself. ATI was less
than helpful.
In my situation (different stations):
jump right to 11-1 - no video, just audio
turn on 13-1 - 1080i works fine
just back directly to 11-1 - it now works correctly

Don't worry about it unless all channels display the same symptom.
Here in Phoenix, this last weekend, channel 15-2 was broadcast with audio,
but no video. They fixed it on Monday.
Same probably happening for you, it's a broadcaster problem.
Either reply could be the problem. Make sure you have the latest drivers(Cat
and MMC) from ATI. Read the file download pages very carefully for needed
support files and order of installation.
IIRC the problem nobody describes went away when the software from ATI's
website was installed.
As far as station problems, I live in the Dayton, Ohio area. We have a VHF
channel 7. They were broadcasting digital on channel 41 and advertised
having an HD signal. In the channel list it showed up as 41-1. This was SD.
Twice I picked up an HD signal without audio but only the SD channel showed
in the list and I could not "tune" in the HD manually. 2 weekends ago I
started watching tv around 9 o'clock my channel list was the same as it has
been all along. Just before 11 o'clock I went to the list to change
channels again and it had two additional channels. I had not scanned for new
channels but there was 7-1 and -7-2, the SD and HD of VHF channel 7. 41-1
is still the same as it was.
Last weekend I tried to watch an HD program(not sure which station) and most
of the pixels had a green cast. A very odd picture. Switched to the SD
version it was ok, then to another HD station, it was ok, back to the
original it was still green. Later the green HD picture was replaced with
the SD picture in the HD box. Still later (after a commercial) the HD came
back. Evidently a station problem but my first thoughts were that it was in
my computer.
I've also noticed some of the smaller problems I see can be from the
stations. Like short random video pauses. The thing that is most noticeable
is the audio lip-synch. Watching the news a lot of times the live remote
broadcasts will be out of sync but studio audio will be in sync.
