Hello,
Has anyone gotten a good setting for this? I'm using the 4.7 drivers and
couldn't find a good resolution that shows the entire display. I typically
have a good amount of the top, and sides cut off. I tried powerstrip and
got slightly better results - I think the resolution was something like 17xx
by 1000 that came closest to fitting everything on my screen. My format
button for my TV only gives me a choice between 1080i standard and wide when
I use the DVI input from my PC with the 9600 pro in it and of course wide
stretches it out even further. If you have settings that work well, I would
really appreciate the info. I spent about 1 1/2 hours just getting it close
to acceptable but I hate having anything cut off. I can't check my
settings for sure unless I haul the unit over to my TV but I believe I was
using the Sony GDM- FW900 or 900 to get it close to the right properties for
the TV. I couldn't find any drivers for the TV - I tried genericTV no luck
and I tried force TV detection in the ATI control panel - no luck.
