ATI All In Wonder installed but NO TUNER!

Hello Anyone,

I just bought and installed a Radeon 9800SE All In Wonder graphics
card. Everything works but there is no TV tuner! I have an antenna
plug plugged into the card. I have version 8.6 of ATI's Multimedia
Center installed. In the TV application there should be a TV tuner tab
but it is missing. I tried using IUvcr but there the TV tuner tab is
greyed out. I am running XP on a Shuttle board with VIA chips and an
Athlon Xp.

Any hints or assistance would be greatly appreciated

PS ATI's support and documentation has to be the worst I have ever
encountered. Super bad!
 
The WDM capture drivers are not installed properly,

does the system pass the MMC configuration tests?

I've had that happen; I've had the DVD left off also. I usually just
reinstall and it fixes it. In this situation, since you are not
upgrading, I wouldn't bother to remove anything first.
