ATI All In Wonder 9600 Tuner not working

I installed Vista Ultimate on my computer, but when I try to run the TV
portion of Media Center it tells me that a Tuner cannot be found. I have
tried to find info on ATI's web site but it is all very unclear.

1. Should the Tuner on the All in Wonder Work?
2. If so, does anyone know how to make it work?
 
ATI has not released any VISTA tuner drivers containing software encoders
for its AIW cards so that they will work in Media Center. It is rumored
that they will at some point in the future, however, when they do it is not
clear if they will release them for other then the Xxxx series of AIW cards.
